Shipping Information

REX-BAC-T^® Technologies ships all orders via FedEx Ground or Priority Mail whenever possible. USPS Priority Mail may be utilized more frequently for delivery on regional orders and orders shipped to Canada.  Shipments to Canada can take up to 12 business days for delivery. Additional charges may apply on special shipments that require express delivery.

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 is only available on orders shipped within the Contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states).

FedEx - FedEx cannot deliver to a Post Office Box or to APO/FPO addresses. Allow 2 business days for order processing, plus 1–5 business days (lower 48) once merchandise leaves our warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be shipped until the following business day. FedEx orders can be tracked, while in transit; when your order ships, your confirmation e-mail will contain a tracking number and information. Truck Shipment (LTL) - Truck shipments deliver your item(s) to your curb or dock. The carrier varies, based on distance, weight, bulk, etc. While all carriers establish their own rates for delivery, our shipping department selects the best carrier based on service, price, and availability. Lift gate service may require additional charges.  We will ship via LTL freight on orders that FedEx or USPS cannot fulfill. Please contact us regarding International or Non-Contiguous U.S. orders to get the best available freight/shipping quote.
